Our Customer Care Department conducts business reviews, assesses ongoing member purchase history, identifies and proactively alerts members to new saving opportunities, and responds to member requests. Our services include:
Customer Care Team

- Works with our contracts team and supplier partners to confirm eligibility and contract attachment

ANALYTICS AND AUDITING
Innovatix offers all new members a complimentary analysis of their purchasing history and trends to identify areas of potential savings. We continue to provide this high level of service through quarterly business reviews that evaluate savings achieved through the Innovatix portfolio and identify new opportunities for savings based on our members’ specific business needs.
As part of our ongoing commitment to providing the highest level of customer service, Innovatix maintains a dedicated Auditing Department that tracks pricing accuracy, contract compliance, and vendor eligibility. Our monthly audits ensure that members are receiving appropriate (or attached) pricing and will initiate a resolution process if necessary. Our audits have resulted in additional savings for members ranging from as little as $.01 to as much as $10,000.
We also manage vendor RFP processes to ensure that contract awards are bid appropriately and vetted with the utmost integrity and transparency. Finally, we provide every member with an itemized annual report that details its spending through our program and the associated fees that we earned from suppliers.
