Owned by Premier, Innovatix combines the power of $44 billion of purchasing volume with more than 20 years of group purchasing service experience. Always innovating, hence our name, we extend the deep discounts and hands-on service model we created for our 32,000+ healthcare members to non-healthcare-related business and industry market leaders.

Our Roots

Innovatix began as a healthcare group purchasing organization. Because healthcare revenues are largely fixed through rates set by insurers or Medicare and Medicaid, healthcare providers have long used GPOs to lower their costs and increase their margins. While they have specialized medical product needs, healthcare providers have many of the same requirements as big businesses—they need office supplies, computer equipment, shipping services, and credit card processing. Innovatix has grown its contract portfolio to meet all of these operating needs and more.

Recognizing the value we can bring to businesses that face different challenges but the same need to grow their margins, we created Innovatix Business & Industry to extend our purchasing expertise to non-healthcare organizations.
